Booking Terms

 

Please only make a booking if you intend to attend the appointment.

The initial consultation is free, so long as you turn up to the appointment. It is for a maximum of 30 minutes.

​

To change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.

 

Failure to attend the appointment, or to cancel/amend in time, will result in a charge of £30 being made.

​

If I am unable to make the appointment, I will make arrangements with you by email to reschedule it. 

​

In the event we cannot connect using Zoom, I will happily call you.

​
